ATT – Alternating Temperature Technology for variable-temperature processes
The SINGLE temperature-switching system ATT (‘Alternating Temperature Technology’) is a customisable system solution for variable-temperature water temperature control of injection moulding, pressing and other moulding tools. As an active system, it circulates hot and cold water alternately through tools and moulds, thereby actively heating and cooling processes in a defined sequence.
Variotherm ATT H (200 °C)
Using variable-temperature control and appropriate tool inserts, temperature differences of over 100 °C can be achieved in problem areas or even throughout entire tools. To this end, SINGLE’s ATT temperature-switching system maintains a heat transfer medium at different temperature levels in two separate circuits. Both circuits in the ATT are always operated using the same medium.
Variotherm ATT N1 (180 °C)
Variotherm temperature control used in combination with suitable mould inserts allows variations in temperature of more than 100 °C in critical areas or in complete moulds. In order to achieve this, the SINGLE ATT system operates with two separate circuits that contain thermal fluid with a different temperature. Both ATT circuits contain the same fluid.
Variotherm ATT S (180 °C)
