WP5 SETS STANDARDS !

The WP5 is one of the core pieces of the Single water temperature control units. The WP5 units are available in a wide performance range of 90°C / 150°C / 180°C and 200°C, and with almost unlimited options.  Whether for injection moulding, extrusion or numerous other applications, the WP5 series can be used universally. Thanks to its reliability and its features, this series is our contribution to increasing your productivity and improving your uptime.

USER-FRIENDLY

  • Cooling and filling controlled via solenoid valve
  • Configurable automatic filling via KW inflow or separate connection (easily adjustable at the factory via cooling water inflow)
  • Booster pump for system filling (WP5-180/200, optional with WP5-150)
  • Unit ready for connection and mounted on castors, 2 of which are steerable and have brakes

SAFETY 

  • System pressure monitoring by means of pressure transmitter in the expansion tank (WP5-150/180/200)
  • Level monitoring by magnetic float switch
  • System pressure monitoring via pressure transmitter in the expansion tank (WP5-150/180/200) / (only in conjunction with Smart Controller)

The separate SFC water distributor is for various single temperature control systems with SSC controller. The variant can be operated independently of a single temperature control unit with SSC controller. In this case, the SSC unit controller controls the unit and water distributor.
