Water manifold

The SFC water manifold is fully integrated into the control system of the temperature control units. It is available as an add-on version unit or as a separate variant with control via a single temperature control unit or as a stand-alone. The water manifold is available with 8, 6 or 4 water circuits, but two hydraulic blocks up to max. 16 circuits can be connected together. Each circuit is monitored and optionally controlled. Robust and high-quality components with accurate temperature and flow measurement guarantee high process stability. They lay the foundation for improved part quality with low scrap.

In the surface-mounted version, the Smart Flow Control water distributor is mounted directly on the temperature control unit. The SSC unit controller controls the unit and water manifold

SFC water manifold SEPARATE

The separate SFC water distributor is for various single temperature control systems with SSC controller. The variant can be operated independently of a single temperature control unit with SSC controller. In this case, the SSC unit controller controls the unit and water distributor.

SFC Watermanifold Alone

The SFC water manifold is flexible and can be used anywhere. The stand-alone variant is a self-sufficient unit with water distributor and control box. The variant can be operated with any temperature control unit.
